Captivate 9 some downloaded character assets don't show up

I click Assets, navigate to Cutout People > Photo Realistic > Business, and start downloading individual pictures of people (why you can't download multiple images at a time or an entire set is another issue). I downloaded at least six different images of Christine (Image series: 001). Each time, I get a message saying "File Download Completed," and I click OK. Only one of the images is showing in Characters > Assets.

I've tried multiple times, even closing the Assets window before downloads, but I can't seem to get any more images of Christine. I've tried restarting and deleting the cache. Still nothing.

Captivate 9 is supposed to give you access to 25,000+ assets, but I'm stuck with one photo of a lady smiling with her arms crossed. What trickery is this?

      Apparently, this is something that happens when you try to download an Extra Large version of the image from the Assets portal. Any other size should show up in the Characters window just fine. From what I've gathered, Adobe knows about this problem and should be working on a fix.

      Download the Characters using the Media, Characters dialog box.

      In the Media > Characters box, the only way I see to download is by clicking "Download More: eLearning Templates." This is just a link to the eLearning Brothers website landing page with all of their prices listed. It requires you to log in if you get to it using this link, and since that login wouldn't be connected with Captivate 9, you would need to pay for the things that are supposed to come free with Captivate 9.

      Also the video on the eLearning Brothers website titled "How to Access eLearning Brothers Templates in Captivate 9" says to click the Assets button.
