Captivate 9 (soon to have 2017): What functionality am I missing because I do not have Admin rights to my PC?

I have Captivate 9:  We are not given Admin rights to our PCs in this company.  I keep seeing menu items I can't access, and read about functionality for my version that isn't there.  For example, I can't create a custom workspace. 

Is there a list somewhere that tells me all of the functionality I'm missing because I do not have Admin rights?

You do not need Admin rights for the PC, only  the right to run Captivate as administrator which is a big difference.

There is no real list about missing functionality, but recording software simulations or video demo is handicapped when you do not run CP as administrator on a Win system. There may be more difficulties with publishing as well.
