Captivate 9 Tab Order - Error #2046

Hey Everyone,

Can't access the Tab Order dialogue box in Captivate 9.  When I select it I get a pop-up box that's empty and an error message "Error #2046".  Need to resolve this ASAP.  Any ideas?  I have shutdown Captivate and r-opened.  Did not help.  Started a new file and still the same thing.  Please help!

Try clearing out your cache and resetting your Preferences folder.

If the issue is still present when you create a new blank project and add a few tabbable objects, then you may need to reinstall Captivate.

If the issue is NOT present in new projects but only in your current project then your project may have some corrupt slides or elements to get rid of.

Thanks for the response but neither clearing Captivate cache or reinstalling worked.  Very frustrating!!!  Adobe...any ideas?  I need a solution ASAP please.
