Captivate 9: Table of Contents doesn't display in web server

After publish and preview of the aggregator, the Table of Contents (double chevron in upper left-hand corner) displayed. However, once files were copied to a web server, it disappears. Anyone know what is suppressing it? I made sure that checkbox was not selected in the aggregator. Is it an HTML, IE11, or JavaScript issue?

Please reply to Heidi Jo Kamm, heidi.j.kamm@boeing.com. No solicitations, please. Thanks!

Did you make sure that ALL files belonging to the aggregated set were uploaded to the web server?  If not, that could be your issue.  The TOC is in a separate SWF skin file.  Perhaps you only uploaded the SWFs belonging to the modules?

Thanks for replying. Yes, I uploaded the updated Index.htm and Index.swf to the web server.

And the JS and CSS files as well?
