Captivate 9 text defaulting to Times New Roman

Question

Hi,Myself and my colleague are both working on Captivate 9 to create pieces of e-learning and each time she sends me content through to amend the text changes from Helvetica to Times New Roman. This is an absolute pain and is very time consuming. Is there a way to change my settings to keep the font style the same on mine as it was when she created it?Thanks,Anthony

I've had that problem as well. As far as I can tell, the only fonts that you won't have this problem with are the fonts listed as "websafe" fonts. What's happening is that the file is looking for a font on your computer or your site, and if it doesn't see it, it defaults to TNR. Or another of the websafe fonts (mine can have all of them...). I found a couple of suggestions on how to fix this - basically you add the font you want to the .zip file and tell Captivate to go look there. They haven't worked for me but you might want to try:
