Captivate 9 text entry box not accepting the correct answer

I have two project both have text entry boxes.  The first one works.  The second one with some of the same values to enter into the text entry boxes doesn't work.

The Style Settings for both project's text entry boxes is to retain the text, show the text box frame and validate user input.

I've typed and reenter the text in the correct entries box and its still not working.
