Captivate 9 TOC folders not working on mobile

I have a TOC with several sections/folders with slides embedded in each. The TOC works fine on desktop computers, but on mobile... When a user clicks the folder/section title to expand that section to select a sub topic to navigate to, the TOC closes before they're able to navigate anywhere. After it closes and the user re-opens the menu, the folder/section has successfully expanded. So, I need it to close ONLY when I tell it to, not when a user tries to expand a section.

    This sounds like it's a bug with the HTML5 output.  I recommend you log it with Adobe.  For the time being, you may need to simply have one level in your TOC.

    I'm having the same issue but it does the same thing when I preview in the browser as well as on my mobile phone so it's not just the published output - just wondering if you've received a fix from Adobe for this?
