Captivate 9 trial version problem
Hi,
I am using captivate for the first time. However after I installed the trial and opened the captivate, it says 0 days left and I need to purchase it before I move on. I am guessing it is probably because my current work laptop was being used by another colleague from the team and it was never fully formatted. So it must have stored the reg files for earlier captivate.
Is there any solution or work around? Can I get an extended period? It is nearly impossible to reinstalled the OS on this laptop just for captivate.
Any help would be appreciated.
