    Hi,

    Welcome to Adobe Forums.
If you already have a subscription of Captivate then you only need to download Captivate 9 and install it with your Adobe ID to get it activated.

Step 1:- In order to download Adobe Captivate 9.0 , open the link mentioned below and sign in with your Adobe ID and password.
    https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=captivate&loc=en_us&promoid=DJDUL

Step 2:- Once you sign In with your Adobe Id and password, you will be redirected to Adobe Captivate 9.0 download page, you do not need to click on download. Kindly stay on that page and paste the below links on the Trail Page Address Bar one by one and save the files:-

    For Windows-
    http://trials3.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/CPTV/9/win64/Captivate_9_x64_LS21.7z

    http://trials3.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/CPTV/9/win64/Captivate_9_x64_LS21.exe

    For MAC-
    http://trials3.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/CPTV/9/osx10/Captivate_9_LS21.dmg

    Step 3:-

For Windows- When both the files get downloaded, run the second file (.exe) which will start extracting the first file (.7z) and then install Adobe Captivate 9.0 on your computer.
For MAC- Once the files gets downloaded, launch the .dmg file it will extract and then install Captivate 9.0 on the machine.

In case of any issues please revert back to us.

    Thanks and Regards

I thought the Captivate subscribers were supposed to receive an email. Did I miss something?

Can I upgrade to 9 on one of my computers and leave 8 on the other with my subscription?

    Thanks
