Captivate 9 video demonstration within a presentation?

In case you would be confused by the option 'CPVC-slide' in the Insert menu, which has been cut down a lot compared with CP7, that is meant only to insert an existing raw cpvc video. The Record option under the big button Slides is, as pointed out by Rick, meant to capture a video demo in a cptx-project, and the demo will have the same resolution as that project.
