Captivate 9 Video Embed Frame and Play Bar Problems

Hi,

We have been working on an online course in Captivate 9 and these funky lines are appearing on our video embeds from Vimeo. It is as if the video frame is extending beyond the bottom of the video. Also, when we play the video, the play bar appears above the bottom black horizontal line and then disappears.

Does anyone know the answer to these questions:

1) What are the circled lines below the video and how do I get rid of them?

2) Why does the Vimeo playbar show then disappear when the video starts playing?

Any help would be most appreciated.
