Captivate 9 Web Objects Audio not playing

I've imported an Edge Animate .oam file into a slide within Captivate 9.  Let me state that I've done this many times successfully with Captivate 8 and experienced no issues.

When I publish to html5, the oam files plays with the audio fine in my desktop browser, however, it will now not play on the Android and iPad.  The interaction plays well, but the audio no longer plays.

Any advice?  I have also logged a trouble ticket for this with Adobe.

    Is it possible to send the oam file, because we could see it working at our end.

    You can upload it to a shared location (say Dropbox) and send the link to murugath@adobe.com
