Captivate 9: Web Page hyperlinks in captions work in Preview but not in SWF output

I updated a link to a web page in a Captivate 9 project. Before updating, the links worked in the SWF output. However, now they work in preview, but not when I SWF output file.

Does anyone know what the issue is?

HI, Can you include screenshots to display your exporting options?

Can you also confirm if that is the only one not working in your course? or other links are working except the updated one?

Hi,

I'm attaching a screenshot of the exporting options that I'm using. I've already tried playing around with the output format (i.e., selecting just SWF). And all links on that slide stopped working, not just the one that I updated.
