Captivate 9. When test publishing to SCORM cloud the Audio goes out of sync with video.

The audio goes slightly out of sync with video once uploaded to SCORM. I've read old posts on the matter and have tried the suggested 10th sec gap at either end of the slide. But this doesn't work.

I'm a relatively new user to captivate.

Any suggestions PLEASE?
