Captivate 9: While converting to Video I received an error message from C++ "R6025 - pure virtual function call"

Hi there,

Are you seeing this error while publish an .mp4 video?. Can you please try publishing a blank project to Mp4 and see the results are same.

Also please mention your platform details as well.

Thanks a lot - the problem is solved. I had both Captivate 8 and 9 installed - I deinstalled Captivate 8
