Captivate 9 Word Search advancing atomatically

Hello,

I am having a problem with Word Search. When I preview it, the slide automatically advances to the next slide without giving the learner the time to look for the clues.

It may be that I have not set the navigation correctly. I have on enter "No Action" and on exit, "Go to the next slide." When I put Pause for enter, that does not work either because it does not load the slide properly.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Word Search is a static interaction/widget. Consequence is that it has no automatic pausing point like interactive objects and widgets. You have to insert such an object manually to pause the slide. It can be a Next, or a Continue button. Timing of the pausing point is not important, since the interaction is on the slide from the start. Have a look at:
