Captivate Accessibility tab to adjust Tab Order cap

Look under the 'hamburger menu' in the upper right corner of the Captivate UI.

Please note that the Tab Order dialog is only going to show you interactive objects such as buttons or Text Entry Boxes to configure for ordering.
