Captivate Aggregator - Sequenced Modules Not Launching

I have just started with Captivate aggregator, and am testing a Multi-SCO course of two modules. When I publish the course on our LMS, the TOC for the first module shows up. I complete the module, the LMS shows the first module complete, and shows the second module not attempted.

Two questions:

How do I get the second module TOC to show up on the Aggregator so I can access the second module from there?

How do I get to the second module to launch automatically when I finish the first module?

    I have the same problem.

    I'm looking for a solution too, if somebody knows something about it please answer

    I finally got it to work. I've attached a .zip with a series of graphics. Let me know if it helps.
