Captivate and Audition Round Trip Automation?

The button to allow me to edit sound files recorded in Captivate, in Audition is now available - for some time it was grayed out. So that is good news.  I can now record a slide in Captivate, edit it in Audition and then have the edited file come back into Captivate.

The problem I'm having is that the keystrokes to do this are laborious as in my case, the editing is always the same. I tend to have many slides that are short with very few words so the bulk of the work ends up being this set of keystrokes.   All I am doing is running a preset to enhance, reduce noise, and normalize. But there are 16ish keystrokes that are always the same between the two products.

Is there any way to automate this?

I tried setting up short keys for some of the Audition elements, but found that they just don't work. They seem to set up OK, but you can press them all day long and nothing happens.

You should be able to select all of the audio files in the library panel, right-click and open with Audition. In Audition set up a batch process for all of the files.

Thank you so much.  I will try that. It sounds like the answer.
