Captivate and Captivate Classic both crash upon opening. MAcBookPro running OS Ventura

Although the new Captivate is very recent, there are already two releases. Can you check the full version number under Help, About Captivate?

Did you install both applications from scratch or did you update from an older version of Captivate?

Did you try to clean the Preferences?

I have deleted, reinstalled, etc, several times.  Still doesn't work.  Carrying an old laptop until this is figured out.

Did you also clean the Preferences, clear the cache?
