Captivate-Arabic Support

hi there,

I am using Adobe Captivate 8 and I am facing a problem while typing Arabic texts.

In blank project and responsive project Arabic texts are typed properly, while when converting powerpoint presentation to captivate I am trying to add on Arabic text but its not reading.

Please help and advise.
