Captivate Asking for Redemption Code/Serial

Im in IT and admin for a large company, we have over 600 active licenses. One user is getting prompted to buy Captivate or provide Redemption Code/Serial?? He is signed in and we reinstalled, I also relicensed him under Adobe Admin. Please resolve ASAP, we use volume licensing and the user doesnt have any emails with codes or serials.

    Please, this is a user forum. Users cannot help you with license issues. I will delete the mail addresses as well, dangerous in a public forum, but will try to find a staff memeber.

    Any update? Where can I repost to get a reply ASAP? Adobe support is the worst, we are a huge account and have unresolved issues that are 2 months old...
