Captivate audio not working on ipad

I'm working in a responsive layout in Captivate 9.  I have audio in my slide that will not play when viewed on an ipad.

I have tried adding the audio to the slide and adding it to the background, but both ways do not work. 

The audio plays fine on the desktop version, but not on an ipad.

Any advise on how to get audio in Captivate to play on an ipad?
