Captivate booking marking but not showing progress

I am using Cp5. I have a course uploaded into an LMS. When a user exits out of the course and returns, it will bookmark where they left off, but not their progress (the little green arrows go away) which means they have to redo that section in order to continue which will make it very frustrating to my users!

Settings in Preferences as follows:

Scorm 1.2

Complete/Incomplete

Percent

Slide Views Only

Slide View completion 90

Settings in TOC

Self poaced Learning checked

Status Flag checked

(I don't allow navigation, until the end when I unlock the TOC, because the course has a lot of advanced actions and jumps arounds)

I don't have anything on the play bar except Play and Mute because I use my own buttons.

HELP?

    Hello,

    Did the green ticks appear when the user takes the lesson the first time? I suppose they did, but ask this question because they will only appear when a slide has bee totally viewed. If you have p.e. a button on a slide with Success action: Go to Next Slide, the playhead will never reach the end of the timeline of the slide and the green tick will not appear.

    As for retaking: was it on the same PC? I understood that the information for self-paced learning in TOC is stored on the system itself, not transferred to/from the LMS.

    Hi,

    Yes, the green tick marks appeared the first time the user went through. Yes, it was the same PC.
