Captivate Charm Flip image layout

Hi there i am trying to figure out how to flip the image so that the image gows to the right eb text to the left but in the same design option so it keeps the same dimensions. but i cannot find it. is the option there?

    The answer is negative, you can only use the presets which are under the Design options.
