Captivate Classic A4 Printing

Has anything been done about printing A4 (certificates etc) in Captivate Classic:

• In older versions, someone created a widget but it didn't work in html publishing, is there a modern version of it.  I've seen an EvolveMedia widget online but not sure about it and whether this offers html publishing potential 
• Otherwise, are there other solutions to help with this, including how to use Advanced Actions to help hide the printer button when printing.
• Any help, advice or signposting would be greatly appreciated
