Captivate Classic not re-launching after pause/exit

I am encountering a new issue on one of my Captivate Classic offerings (software simulation, not using a Table of Contents or menu).

It is residing on an Oracle LMS and loads/runs properly, however, if I exit partway through, it will not re-launch...all I get is the spinning wheel. The only way we have been able to get it to launch again is to "Drop" the course from enrolment, and then re-enrol.

I have not changed the default settings for bookmarking.

Is this a Captivate Classic issue or a LMS issue?

    To figure out if this is a Captivate problem (11.8.2 has several bugs) I would recommend to upload the published output to SCORM Cloud for testing. If it runs fine there, the problem has to be found with the LMS.

    Welp, SCORMCloud launched and exited/resumed as expected.  Some additional digging indicates that our LMS may demand a specific value for reporting and tracking, e.g.

    • Passed/Incomplete
    • Passed/Failed
    • Completed/Incomplete
    • Completed/Failed

    Looking forward to your conclusions. I am so thankful for SCORM Cloud's availability because all LMS experts always claim that problems are due to the eLearning authoring tool. No LMS is perfect, as is no tool.
