Captivate Classic on AVD/remote desktop Not Recording Audio

My IT guy and I have been trying to figure this out. I'm on Classic 11.8.3.8 on an AVD/remote desktop. I can record audio through my remote desktop in Teams and other apps, but not in Captivate. The System sound settings show that CpC is recognized, but when I try to AutoCalibrate, there's nothing. 😞
