Captivate Classic - Progress Bar is invisible when applying Playback Colors

Captivate Classic

I have an issue with a course that uses a custom skin theme. If I try to apply custom Playback Colors the the Progress bar becomes completely invisible (only the thumb remains showing).

Has anyone else had this issue and if so what is the solution?

I solved my issue. The Progress Bar color is controlled by the "Button Glow" color.

Because that makes total sense. <eyeroll>

The template I was given had that color set to 0% opacity. I just changed it to 100%

Are you using 11.8? You can find the version number under Help, About Captivate.

Is this a responsive or a non-responsive project?

    Yes the version is 11.8.0.586.

It is not a responsive project. The only controls being shown are the Play button and Progress Bar.

I have the Playbar overall theme set to Captivate Default but it doesnt matter which theme I chose. As soon as I try to apply custom colors to any of the available themes, the part of the Progress bar that actually shows progress no longer displays.

That is not THE Classic Captivate version but the first version created to make a new Mac version compatible with Captivate. It is indeed buggy from what I have read in this forum. Sorry, since I am a Win user and never installed that version I am not sure to be of any help.

Just another question/tip: did you check out the published version after publishing and uploading to a webserver? Did you check on multiple browsers?
