Question

Captivate content (randomly?) doesn't load on some browsers.

Hello,

I'm a developer working on an LMS with WordPress, LearnDash and Grassblade. My client is creating content using Captivate and adding them in.

However, we've having some seemingly random issues with viewing the Captivate content. Mainly in Safari and Edge. The content doesn't load, we just see a spinner for loading content and then it never loads. However, opening in a different browser will often fix the issue. This is not so much of a problem while the site is in development, but this isn't going to be a long term solution.

When looking at inspect element that shows some JS errors within the captivate file. Can anyone suggest a way to stop these errors happening?

I've attached screengrabs of the errors.

Thanks!

Steph
