Captivate course doesn't work on Cornerstone

Hi everybody,

I prepared an e-larning course in Captivate 8 with audio on every slide and it works on moodle and on scorm.cloud but not works on Client's LMS.

They have a Cornerstone for Salesforce. First slide is looking good but from second slide elements don't appear.

Slide on Moodle and scorm.cloud with every graphics and audio plays

Slide on Client's platform without some graphics and without audio:

Course is trying to load elements but there is a lot of errors.

Anyone had same issues?

    Also, I don't see that you mentioned which version of SCORM you are using.

    I've experienced multiple issues in CornerStone with SCORM 2004, so we're currently publishing in SCORM 1.2.

    Since you're using a non-English language, be very careful about unique characters. LMS products can have issues loading content that have unusual characters in the folder/path or file title.

    These can also cause problems in Captivate if they are found in the Slide Titles, ToC, and other object Names in the course.

    Oh, and be sure the Project Info and Quiz Reporting / SCORM details have been checked for unique characters.

      Since you're using a non-English language, be Very Careful about unique characters. LMS products can have issues loading content that have unusual characters in the folder/path or file title. I don't see any specifically in the samples you shared but that could be because this forum strips them out

      Run through your assets and the title of your piece.

      Is there something in this part of the path that has an accented character?

      (perhaps like the Z and the E in your first screenshot)

      If nothing else, after ensuring none of your assets have such characters, try saving and republishing and testing your piece with a very simple, short title...

      Since the course is working on SCORM Cloud, you should talk with the people of Cornerstone, I don't think you'll get an answer in the Captivate forums because the problem is not with Captivate but with the LMS.
