Captivate course retaining other learner's progress

Hi GuysReally hope you can help as we're scratching our heads with this one. We've seen some erratic behaviour with a module retaining a learner's progress and displaying it to another learner - see belowScenario: Learner 1 logs into LMS and completes the module, learner 2 logs in and opens the module and sees Learner 1's completionWe've seen this both in a custom LMS and Cornerstone.There is nothing in the module that points to outside of the module to draw in data.We have been able to replicate the problem and can confirm that these learners are 100% using their own login details to access the learning. Has anyone else see this? Or does anyone have any suggestions of things to test to get any more clarity on what's happening?Thank you in advance for any helpHarri

I am assuming they are logging into the LMS using the same computer?

If so, are they logging OUT of the computer profile BEFORE logging back in as a separate computer user and then logging back into the LMS as a separate LMS user?

My guess here is that your LMS is somehow picking up something from the user's computer profile, not just their LMS login via the browser.
