Captivate course shutting down in same spot for multiple users

Created a Captivate 13 course with 112 slides. Had the Completion rate set at 80% for the LMS system. There are a handful of users taking the course that have experienced it shutting down in about the same spot, approximately 80% through the slides. The LMS then generates a completion certificate and if they reopen the course, they have to start over, as it shows them as complete. Shouldn’t the user be able to take the entire course, regardless of completion rate? It seems it’s shutting down once they hit that 80%. The LMS team is telling me it’s most likely a setting in my captivate file. But it’s not happening to everyone taking it, just a handful of users. Any thoughts?

Without any additional info, it’s difficult to help.

What are you LMS settings in Captivate?

If it the same slide each time?

If so, what is on that slide?

If a quiz, what are your quiz settings?

    SCORM 1.2

    Incomplete to Complete

Slide views 80% for Completion Criteria

Send Data on every slide (checked)

Never Send Resume Data (NOT checked)

It is not the same slide where it closes down. There is some variation, within 2 or 3 slides of each other.

My file size is very large, with 112 slides and narration on about 80 of them, along with alot of interactions. Some users are taking from home. I’m beginning to wonder if bandwidth is an issue?  So far it’s happened to just a small handful of people out of about 320 users.
