Captivate CP2019 drop down

In captivate 19, when we using the drop down template, in the time of resume the course in Reload Player the course score is setting to 0. If we delete the drop down page from the course, it is working fine.

Please suggest some solution.

    The most recent version of Captivate is 11.5. That is one of the multiple releases under the name 'CP2019'. I edited your topic title.

    Please clarify what you mean. Captivate doesn't have any templates included. Are you talking about the dropdown Learning interaction? There is no dropdown slide (what you call page). This may be a language or terminology problem. To help you I have to uderstand what you mean.  You talk about a 'score', which could point to a question slide?  Please insert some screenshots and give more explanation. 

    Check the exact version number under Help, About Captivate.
