Captivate crashes or hangs on infinite load when opening a shared project (.cptx) on macOS

Hi everyone,

I am having an issue opening a specific Adobe Captivate project file (.cptx) that was transferred to me / downloaded. 

Symptoms:
- When I try to open the project file, Captivate either gets stuck on an infinite loading screen or crashes immediately.
- The app itself launches, but it fails specifically when loading this existing project.

What I have already tried:
- Resetting preferences and cache.
- Renaming the eLearning folder.

Environment:
- OS: macOS

Could this be a version mismatch issue, a missing assets/fonts crash, or a macOS security/quarantine issue with downloaded .cptx files? Is there a way to recover or open this project?
