Captivate crashes while opening

I installed captivate and when i open the program, the window appears that the test-version has finished.

 

In the background is captivate opening and then it crashes with no information, about it. 

 

An idea? many thanks!

    If the trial period is over, you cannot open Captivate anymore. Did you buy a license?

    No, I don't bought a license.

    I have an account for three month for free, and would buy a license if necessary, but capticate close with no information, and before I click on: buy license..

    That is contradictory: you wrote that you did see the message that the trial period was over. I don't understand.
