HI,

I have recently been doing several video demo's from CP6 and I was surprised that the default output of that demo, which is a cpvc Captivate file, is MP4? Now I can understand that this is required for the likes of ipads etc, but why not a option to publish as FLV?

I know that we can pretty not answer as to why ther is no FLV option, but I just find that kind of strange as CP is not just for iPads etc. I know we can use the Media encloder to chaneg it for a mp4 to flv, but that is beside the point....probably just having a rant I think...

Cheers

I think first idea was to offer a possibility to publish directly to YouTube (which I never do immediately)? And MP4 is supported (now - before there was a FF issue) by most browsers on all devices. That is not the case for FLV.

Yes I was thinking that may be the case/reason, for all devices.....
