Captivate do not play effects

I have put a drop shadow effect to highlight lines of text  it plays fine in the live preview but when I preview the project or publish it they do not play

has anyone go any ideas ?

    It would be nice you could share mor information about your project. OR you could share your captivate project with me so that we could nail down the actual root cause of the issue. You could upload the project on acrobat.com and share the link with me at maanand@adobe.com.
