Captivate does not detect photos or video from my PC

I am trying to create content but when I try to upload a pic or video from my files using system, it does not show that the slide acutally exists.

    Which version of Captivate are you using? You find the full version number under Help, About Captivate (Win) or Captivate, About Captivate (Mac).

    I am using version 12.1.0.16 (c)

    Can you try to update to 12.2.0.19? Some more bugs were fixed. I have seen the same issue mentioned a couple of times in the forum, am not sure that the patch update is fixing it but worth trying.
