Captivate doesn't start

I've got a subscription for Captivate 9. I've downloaded and installed the app but keep getting an error message when it statrs up - 'A problem casued the program to stop working correctly, please close the program.'

    Did you install it on your system, not on a networked drive? Which OS do you use? If it is Windows do you launch it as Administrator?

    As it's a subscription how do I register this on my product - its already showing in my plans?

    hi Lilybiri... Yes it's installed on my system under programme files. i'm using a PC and just run the app as an admisntrator and it's started up... wow! thanks for that.
