Captivate doesnt load properly

When I open captivate none of the menus are complete, and I have no ability to scroll up or down to view full menu. I've reinstalled and tried to change preferences and everything is still the same.

    Check your display setting percentages in your OS.  The issue you describe here is usually associated with not having the percentage set to 100%.
