captivate download form not working

I am trying to download a trial version of Captivate 9 from this page:

I have filled in the form correctly - no validation errors - but when I click on Download, nothing happens.

No download initiated

No file in the download folder

No error message

I have tried this in Firefox and in Chrome.

I am in NZ and the form displayed the correct NZ address fields.
