I have been given an Adobe Federated ID for our Creative Cloud Package which states that our subscription includes Adobe Captivate but when I click on the Download button it takes me to the creative cloud program & I see all the apps there except for Captivate, Am I missing something?

Can you please use the below link to download Adobe Captivate and then try to install/activate the application by sign-in with your Adobe Federated ID credentials and see if that works-
If you have to uninstall and re-install Cp, you have to run the installer and then run the updater, lengthening a process that was likely started because you encountered a serious issue that impacts your productivity. At this point, post-version 11.5, there should be a fresh comprehensive installer that allows you to get running again in the least amount of time.Because time is money. If you've got time to lean, you've got time to push a new installer.
Thank you so much for your help! I was beginning to think I would not be able to get this installed, but you have saved the day. 😉
I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day & week !! 😊 You are appreciated!
Thanks again!

What you are missing is the fact that Captivate is not and has never been part of the Adobe Creative Cloud. So your Creative Cloud subscription does not grant you access to download and use Captivate.
You can download a trial version of Captivate from the Adobe website but if you want to use it beyond the trial period then you'd need to purchase a separate subscription for Captivate.
Did you get a chance to look at the screen pic I posted? My Company has purchased captivate & Adobe clearly recognizes this by stating Captivate is included with a download button beside it. So why is this located here if not to download it?
