Captivate Draft app for iPad

Can anyone help me with how to get ahold of Adobe to ask them about the Lifecycle Date for the Captivate Draft app?

I tried the "contact us" link on their website, but got run around the same tree as the last time.

My organization is requiring I provide that date before they'll review the app for use on our systems.
