Captivate: E-Mail

When I set the preferences to send quiz results through Captivate 3 to a designated e-mail address, Captivate populates the To: field twice with the designated e-mail address. (For example, if the e-mail address is abc@abc.com, then the To: field reads abc@abc.comabc@abc.com). Is this a bug with Captivate 3?

Hi there

I've seen all manner of issues related to E-Mail and Captivate but have never seen that one reported.

You might try editing the area where the E-Mail address is specified and just delete what is there. Close the dialog and re-open it. Then re-enter the E-Mail address and test to see if the issue clears.

Hi,

Thanks for your prompt response! Unfortunately, your tip did not work. I took out the enable reporting for this project and removed the e-mail address from the file. I saved it, and closed it. I re-opened the file, turned the enable and e-mail features back on, tested it, and I'm still having the same issue. The issue appears to be associated to how Captivate codes the e-mail when it sends it to the e-mail application. Any other ideas?
