Captivate & ELearning Brothers Assets

I have installed Adobe Captivate v 9.0.1.320. I believe I have also been able to download and install the ELearning Assets. I am however unable to access the assets from the Assets function in the Captivate program. Within Captivate the ELearning Brothers program window opens and I can select/view available assets but there is no download(s) option on the right side of the screen as depicted in the tutorial. On further investigation it appears that on selecting the Captivate Assets function I should be presented with an option to login to ELearning Brothers. This does not happen. If I log into the ELearning Brothers website in a separate window, this login has no impact on the Captivate application and I still  n t able to access the eLearning Brothers assets. Please advise.

FYI: I have been able to install and use the NeoSpeech and voices.
