Good Day
Not sure if anyone have come across this issue before. The Captivate 8.0 license was ordered in 2014.
The user cannot proceed wih the questionnaire as it is “stuck” at the point of submitting.
Not sure if this might be the reason for the issue.
- This happens when the back button was used to revisit a previous question.
“When the questions are done and the back button was not used, the Submit all button works fine.”
Is this due to how the questionnaire was created or is the only way to fix the issue by cancelling and starting again with the questionnaire?
