Captivate fails to launch

Question

Hi all. I need some help. I keep having this issue, I reach out to Adobe Captivate support, they fix it, and then a few days later, same issue! I try to launch Captivate and am hit with a message that certain theme files failed to open, that I should ty manually copying them and then launch. Only it doesnt work. Why do I keep having this issue? Support is closed today for some reason and unavailable to assist. Help?

What have you done for the first fix? Did you delete the Layouts folder in Public Documents (sorry, but I can only help Windows users)? Did you clean the preferences?
