Do we get the Neo SpeechTM Voices inbuilt in the licensed copy of Captivate 9.0?

    Yes, There are few voices which you get along with Adobe Captivate 9 as mentioned by Lilybiri

    In order to download you will have to go to Audio > Speech management.

    Else you may also download it using the links given below

    Mac : http://download.macromedia.com/captivate/cp9/Captivate_9_Neo_Content_LS21.dmg

    Yes, it depends on the Captivate language. I have an English version and got 7 voices. You have to download them separately and install.
