Captivate has wrecked my entire CC Suite

So I needed to screen capture something and googled screen capture software. Captivate 2017 came up and of course since Im already using CC, I thought I'd do a trial version.

Downloaded it, hit install, and selected trial.  It didnt install. But worse still its put my entire CC suite into a log in loop saying that its all trial software and asks me to log in over and over again. None of the software activate. Ive uninstalled and installed everything twice - same issue.  And with that I have now lost years of presents and plugins! Great.

If captivate wasnt ready to launch you shouldnt be offering it as a download Adobe!

How can I get my CC suite to work again?  Nothing will open
